Meet Keith Wheeler
My name is Keith Wheeler and I’m running for office to represent my neighbors in the Kendall County's Board District 1. I am a sixth-generation resident of Kendall County and I live in Oswego with my wife, Lisa, my two stepsons, Matthew and Chad and my daughter, Ava. I grew up in Oswego, graduated from Oswego High School and am a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
For the last 20 years, I have been a successful small business owner with offices in Oswego and Chicago. I have served our communities as the chairman of the NFIB Fox Valley Area Action Council for small business as well as the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kendall County Food Pantry.
Local Republicans may be familiar with my terms as chairman of the Kendall County Republican Candidate Support Committee and more recently as the chairman of the Kendall County Republican Central Committee during which I worked hard to get Republicans elected to office and build party unity.
For the record, I am a pro-constitution, pro-life, pro-children, pro-family, fiscal conservative who believes that the role of government has become too expensive and too intrusive and that our government has given our children too much debt.
